Liquid Flow Sensors

BS-rep offers two different liquid flow sensor technologies from Poaifa Technologies and Introtek, an Ametek company. Precise and stable from low flow to pulsating flow. The new liquid flow sensor is an excellent alternative to mechanical turbine flow sensors. Applications can be found in coffee machines, water filtration and the medical dosing of liquids. With a thermal MEMS flow sensor chip in the core, our liquid flow sensors are more accurate than vane sensors even with unstable, pulsating flow. In contrast to conventional turbine wheels, our liquid flow sensors have no moving parts and do not have to be dismantled for cleaning. Introtek’s non-invasive IntroFlow ™ flow sensors incorporate the latest in ultrasonic flow measurement technology. A liquid quantity measurement is possible without contact with the medium liquid. The sensors do not need to be cleaned or sterilized.
