All Sensors is a leading manufacturer of very low pressure MEMS pressure sensors. High accuracy and stability is guaranteed by a patented dual-chip design. Pressure ranges are available from 0...62 Pa. (1/4” H2O) up to 10 bar. Analog millivolt, amplified, and digital interfaces (I2C and SPI bus) are available.

MAMCO & Lefoo combined the US patented precision switch with low cost production in China. Adjustable set point from 10 Pa. up to 45bar, with or without hysteresis, N/C or N/O contact arrangement.

Posifa massflow sensors for air and gas with ranges from 0…10 sccm up to 0…300 SLM. The bonding of the coated sensor chip is protected with epoxy, which make the sensor very robust against liquid and particles. Posifa offers amplified linear output. Pirani vacuum sensors measure down to 10 Torr.
